LONDON, Monday 09 October 2017 – last week we talked about Agile OCM, visit the link to download your free Agile and OCM report. This week our attention turns to Digital OCM.

Over the course of this week, we will be exploring the changing face of Organisational Change Management.

A recent survey of over 600 large global organisations by Harvard Business Review Analytic Services discovered that a lack of Change Management capabilities ranked a close second to an inability to experiment quickly* as a barrier to their use of digital technologies.


Furthermore, an Ability to adapt to change ranked as the most important skillset required for any organisation to be able to harness digital technologies.


With these two challenges in mind, we’re going to be asking and attempting to answer two questions:

Q1 – How can you excel at Digital Change?

Q2 –  Digital change: How do Change Practitioners get it right?
