SYDNEY – With the Harbour Bridge in the background, opening up Able and How’s first international office is exciting and motivating. People are welcoming and kindly helping us to settle in.

And the more we talk to people, the more we realise just how exciting the change management and communications sector is here. Not just in Australia, but in the neighbouring Asia region too.

Despite some cautious news reports earlier in the week about the state of the economy, people are still optimistic about the opportunities such change could offer.

And there’s a lot to be positive about – we are a strong country and with the right management in place, the changes could ensure we stay ahead. To do that, we need to focus on effective change management and communications. This is becoming increasing important as the economy shifts and relationships with Asia develop and grow.

It seems like no matter what direction it takes, Australia will see a lot of change over the next decade. And we look forward to being here as it happens.
